Mahindra Expands Service Network in Delhi-NCR with Training Centre and Mobile Units

New service centres, a large technical training facility and electric doorstep vans aim to improve repair speed and customer convenience across the Delhi-NCR region.

Mahindra and Mahindra has expanded its service network in Delhi-NCR so customers can get repairs and maintenance done more easily. The company has opened a few new service points, started a training centre to improve staff skills and introduced electric vans that provide doorstep support.

The idea is simple, if a vehicle breaks down the customer should not have to wait too long. Faster service and support closer to home is what the company is now focusing on. The aim is simple — quicker service and less waiting time.

Mahindra has added five new service centres in different parts of Delhi-NCR. Together they bring nearly 70 extra working bays. One centre is focused on commercial vehicles, which will help owners of Mahindra trucks, Mahindra buses and Bolero pickup models get faster assistance.

Training Centre for Technicians

A 26,000 sq. ft. training facility has also started operations under the name Mahindra Institute of Learning Excellence. Here, mechanics and service advisors will get practical training. Both electric SUVs and regular fuel vehicles will be covered so staff can handle mixed vehicle demand.

Electric Vans for Doorstep Service

Mahindra has introduced electric mobile service vans, called eVans, across the region. These vans visit homes and offices for small repairs, periodic service and vehicle cleaning. They carry basic tools, chargers and lifting equipment which is enough for minor technical work.

Helpful for Commercial Vehicle Users

The stronger network is expected to support Mahindra commercial vehicles as well. Pickup and small truck owners usually need a quick turnaround because their vehicles run daily. More service bays and trained technicians mean trucks don’t have to wait long in workshops. When service is faster, downtime comes down and fleet owners can keep their vehicles running on site instead of standing idle. That directly helps in improving daily operations and revenue.

Mahindra has also indicated that similar service network expansions could be rolled out in other cities in the coming time. The company’s strategy now looks more focused on strengthening after-sales support, not just pushing new vehicle sales. This shift shows that long-term customer support is becoming as important as selling new trucks.
