Force Motors had a very good third quarter. Revenue reached Rs 2,155 crore, 13% more than last year. EBITDA grew to Rs 401 crore, 63% higher. Profit after tax (PAT) was Rs 403 crore, up 266% YoY. Before special items, PBT was Rs 328 crore, up 91%.
This growth happened because people bought more Force Urbania, Traveller, Gurkha, Monobus and Trax vehicles. Domestic sales increased 25% YoY. Exports of vans, buses and special vehicles grew 30% YoY. Force Motors stayed debt-free.

Force Traveller kept its strong position with more than 70% market share. Revenue for the first nine months of FY26 was Rs 6,583 crore, up 14% YoY. EBITDA was Rs 1,145 crore, up 43%. PAT grew 153% to Rs 938 crore.
Vehicles like Force Urbania and Monobus were very popular. Buyers liked their comfort and reliability.

Prasan Firodia, MD of Force Motors said, “The Q3 results show steady demand across our products. Shared mobility, defence vehicles and exports helped a lot. Dealer enquiries are strong. We see good demand going into Q4.”
He added, “We are confident to finish FY26 on a strong note. Government support for infrastructure and manufacturing also helps our growth.”

Three new independent directors joined the board. Gautam Bambawale brings global experience. Nitin Kareer adds knowledge of governance and finance. Lt. Gen. Vinod Khandare (Retd.) provides leadership and defence expertise. Their advice will help plan long-term.

Force Motors is known for Force Buses, Force Traveller Vans, vans and maxi cabs. The company focuses on shared mobility, defence applications and exports. Exports go to Middle East, Asia, Latin America and Africa.
