It has unit pumps with ECU controlled fuel injection system and runs on diesel fuel. Its engine is provided in front which has an engine displacement of 7200 cc with a high-end torque of 850 Nm. This 6-cylinder engine produces a high power of 240 horsepower. The power transmission of the new BharatBenz 1624 bus is managed by a 6-speed manual gearbox with overdrive gear. It provides a gradeability of 20% and it comes under BS6 emission norms. You will get a large fuel tank capacity of 380 liters. The overall dimensions of this BharatBenz bus are 11765 mm of length and 2530 mm of width. Both front and rear suspensions are air suspensions with two air bellows in the front and 4 air bellows in the rear suspension. The anti-roll bar is also present in both front and rear.
