Strong OEM orders and electric buses drive steady growth for JBM Auto in Q3FY26.

JBM Auto Limited posted better numbers in Q3FY26. Company revenue went up mainly because the OEM business was strong and electric buses continued. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, JBM Auto's revenue from operations came at Rs. 1,613.98 crore. Last year same quarter, revenue was Rs. 1,396.15 crore. This is the highest Q3 revenue the company has seen so far.

Profit numbers also moved up. Net profit increased to Rs. 54.68 crore, around 4% higher than last year. Profit before tax stood at Rs. 77.45 crore. EBITDA was reported at Rs. 202.93 crore. The company said spending continued on plants and electric mobility work. EPS improved slightly to Rs. 2.33.

JBM Auto said its OEM division performed well during the quarter. OEM revenue grew nearly 20% year on year. Demand came from both passenger vehicle makers and commercial vehicle customers.

Many OEM orders are linked with buses used for daily transport. This includes staff buses, 40-seater buses and 24-seater buses used by factories, offices and institutions. Such steady OEM work helped the topline.

Growing Expansion Of Electric Buses

Electric buses stayed a key focus area for JBM Auto during the quarter. The company continued delivering buses across India and also kept its attention on overseas markets.
In India, JBM completed the delivery of 500 intercity electric buses in Telangana, adding more electric vehicles to the state’s public transport network.

In the same quarter, 312 electric buses started running in Delhi for public transport. Apart from this, 25 electric buses were flagged off near the Statue of Unity in Gujarat.
These electric buses are now being used for daily city routes, intercity travel and staff movement, much like Tata buses that are commonly seen with state transport and government fleets.

Stability of Nine-Month Numbers

For the nine months ended December 2025, JBM Auto reported total revenue of Rs. 5,472.33 crore. Profit after tax during this period stood at Rs. 200.75 crore. With demand coming from OEM customers and the rising use of electric buses, JBM Auto expects steady business ahead.
