AB Volvo Moves for Board Renewal Before AGM

Commercial vehicle company AB Volvo has put forward its board proposal ahead of the Annual General Meeting on April 8, 2026. The Election Committee has recommended that the current Chairman Pär Boman should continue in the same role. Shareholders will take the final decision during the AGM vote.
