Tata Motors launches Prima 3532.TK and 3540.K Autoshift trucks for heavy-duty work, offering strong engines, durable suspension and practical features for long hours on rough roads.

Tata Motors has launched two new trucks – Tata Prima 3532.TK and Tata Prima 3540.K Autoshift. Both are made for hard work like mining, construction and other heavy jobs. Tata has made these trucks for their commercial vehicle lineup. They can carry large loads and work long hours on difficult roads.

The Prima 3532.TK has GVW 35,000 kg and a 320 HP engine giving 1250 Nm torque. It comes with a Prima cabin, simple but comfortable for drivers. The truck has G1350 gearbox, SRT 110 single reduction rear axle and radial tube tyres.

It comes with 26 m³ box body for heavy material transport. Suspension is front parabolic leaf spring and rear bogie suspension, giving good stability. Fuel tank is 300L, so truck runs longer without stopping often. Features like engine brake, hill start assist, cruise control and Auto FE switch make driving easier and fuel saving.

Prima 3540.K Autoshift – Modern and Tough

With GVW of 35,000 kg, Prima 3540.K Autoshift offers 5250 mm or 6200 mm wheelbase. It runs on an 8.5L BS VI Cummins engine giving 375 HP and 1800 Nm. The 12-speed Auto-Shift gearbox supports manual and creep modes with engine brake.

Cabin is Prima Day Cabin. Suspension is strong – front parabolic leaf spring with equalizer and ARB and rear 48 Ton inverted leaf bogie suspension. Brakes are S-Cam ABS pneumatic, steering is power-assisted, tiltable and telescopic. Fuel tank is 300L with anti-fuel theft. Load body options include 20.5 m³ scoop, 25 m³ box and 30 m³ box for mining and heavy-duty work.
