Euler Motors is expanding production capacity by adding a new unit to meet growing demand and support future growth in electric commercial vehicle segment.
Euler Motors is now getting ready to add one more manufacturing unit as demand is slowly increasing. Company recently raised good amount of money, around ₹437 crore equity and ₹250 crore debt and now that money is being used for expansion and development.
This step shows that company is now moving from early stage to bigger production level. Earlier focus was more on building market, but now focus is more on manufacturing side.

Right now, company already has production lines for both three-wheelers and four-wheelers. Three-wheeler line can make around 1,000 vehicles in one month in single shift. On the other side, four-wheeler unit is making around 400 to 500 vehicles monthly.
With this new Unit 3, company plans to increase four-wheeler production to around 1,000 vehicles per month. This will balance both sides and help in growing segments like Euler mini trucks and other electric mini trucks.
In last two years, production has already increased from around 500 units to near 1,000 units per month. So this new step looks like natural progress.
Future Bigger Plant Already in Planning
Company is not stopping here. They are also thinking about a much bigger plant in future. But that will only happen when current plant reaches around 80 to 90 percent usage.
As per company, next big facility could be around 100 to 200 acres in size. This will be used for long-term growth, new products and bigger market reach.
But right now, focus is only on current expansion. New Unit 3 is mainly for short-term demand and production increase.
Moving Towards Higher Production Numbers
With this new setup, company is expecting to reach around 2,000 units per month in next phase. Later, target can go up to 3,000 units monthly.
At higher production, cost per vehicle becomes lower and company can improve its margins. This is important because right now many EV companies are still working towards profit.
Segments like electric mini trucks are growing slowly, so company wants to be ready before demand becomes very high.
Expansion Not Only in Factory but Also Market
Along with manufacturing, company is also planning to expand its reach. Right now they are present in around 60 cities and plan is to reach near 100 cities soon.
They are also working on localisation, which means reducing import parts and making more things in India. This helps in cost control.
Overall, Euler Motors is taking slow but steady steps. Instead of fast growth, they are focusing on stable expansion. This new unit may look small step, but it is important for future scale.
