VECV October 2025 sales rose 11%, driven by strong Eicher truck growth and record exports, despite heavy truck slowdown.

Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicles (VECV) had a really good month in October 2025. They sold 6,881 trucks, which is about 11% higher than last year. Looks like festive season and rising demand really helped. Dealers said many buyers were planning ahead for seasonal work and new contracts.

Eicher trucks were main reason for the growth. They sold around 6,600 units, up about 10% from last year. Light and medium trucks did really good, growing 12.6%, but heavy trucks were a bit slow, down 6.8%. Heavy truck sales were kinda affected because construction and long-distance transport slowed a bit. The domestic market stayed pretty steady overall.

Record Exports Drive Numbers

Exports were very strong too. VECV shipped 485 trucks, more than double last year’s 218 units. Most demand came from Africa, South Asia and Latin America. Out of these, 407 trucks were light and medium-duty and 78 trucks were heavy-duty. People like Eicher trucks because they are simple, fuel-efficient and easy to maintain. Company officials said export orders went up because countries want affordable and reliable trucks for transport.

Volvo Trucks See Rising Demand

Volvo trucks also did well. They sold 279 units, up 38.8% from last year’s 201 units. Heavy-duty premium trucks are getting good demand, mostly for long trips and industrial work. Dealers said Volvo trucks are preferred for comfort, engine performance and reliability.

Outlook and Market Confidence

October was overall a good month for VECV. Heavy trucks were slow, but light-medium trucks and exports kept total sales positive. Festive season, easy finance options and project demand helped customers buy faster. Experts say VECV is ready for steady growth in coming months.

Numbers show VECV can manage domestic and export markets well. Light-medium trucks, exports and Volvo trucks are driving growth. Even if heavy trucks are slow sometimes, overall performance looks strong. The company seems confident to finish the year on a good note.
