TVS Motor Announces Madhu Manral Srivastava as Head of HR

Appointment comes as TVS Motor strengthens leadership amid global business expansion.


TVS Motor Company said on February 6, 2026 that Madhu Manral Srivastava has joined as President and Group Head of Human Resources. Her role starts immediately. She will be working from Bengaluru.

The company is growing in India and outside India. Along with two-wheelers, the mobility space today also connects with buses, electric buses and supply chains linked to electric trucks and mini trucks. Because of this growth, TVS is adding senior leadership strength.

Madhu Srivastava has worked in many sectors, not just one. Her experience includes natural resources, oil and gas, banking, telecom and manufacturing. This kind of background helps when a company has a large workforce and many plants. It also helps in manufacturing companies that work closely with transport systems like trucks and buses.

Previous Work at Vedanta Group

Before TVS Motor, she was Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Vedanta Resources. Vedanta is a large group with about 100,000 employees.

At Vedanta, she handled people policies at the group level. She also worked during big business changes, including the Cairn India acquisition. Her work focused on leadership roles, internal culture and building strong teams.

Earlier, she worked as CHRO at Cairn Oil & Gas. She also handled Talent Hiring and Diversity work at the group level. Over the years, she has worked with Citibank, Genpact, Reliance Infocom, GE Capital and Godrej. TVS Motor Company Chairman Sudarshan Venu said that Madhu’s experience will help the group in its next phase of growth. He said TVS 3-wheelers are expanding across mobility, finance and real estate businesses.

He also thanked R. Anandakrishnan, who worked with TVS for 38 years and helped build the company’s HR systems and values.
