In the Indian market, the company sold 14,829 units in November 2025. Last year, the number was 11,169 units. This is almost 33% growth, which is a solid jump. Many small business owners, cargo operators, and fleet users continued choosing Ashok Leyland mini trucks and pickup models because they are simple to run and reliable for work.

M&HCV Segment – Clean Growth

The M&HCV category reached 8,576 units, compared to 6,609 units last year. This shows 30% growth. This segment includes strong Ashok Leyland truck models, which are used for long routes, heavy loads, and transport business across states.

LCV Segment – Fastest Rising

LCV sales went up to 6,253 units, while last year it were 4,560 units. This is 37% growth, the highest among all segments. Many small shops and delivery owners are buying Ashok Leyland mini trucks and small pickup vehicles for short-distance cargo jobs.

Exports Show a Drop

In FY2025, Ashok Leyland exported only 714 units, which is very low in comparison to last year ( 941 units) because of less demand among users.

Export by Segment

  • M&HCV Export: 376 units this year, 540 units last year
  • LCV Export: 338 units this year, 401 units last year

Both segments saw a drop, but the domestic market balanced it.

Segment-Wise Total Sales

  • M&HCV Total: 8,952 units this year, 7,149 units last year
  • LCV Total: 6,591 units this year, 4,961 units last year

Both showed clean and stable growth.
