Caterpillar launched three new Cat® excavators—321, 322, 324—at EXCON 2025, designed for heavy workloads, fuel efficiency, and modern construction site productivity in India.

Caterpillar brought its latest Cat® excavators, 321, 322, and 324, to EXCON 2025 in Bangalore. They are made for India’s construction work and help operators and builders with heavy tasks.

The new Cat excavators have smart engines and hydraulic systems.These new Cat excavators use fuel efficiently and lower emissions. Caterpillar also announced that from 2026, the Customer Value Agreement will give faster repairs and support. This plan promises quick Two-Day Repairs or compensation if the work is delayed. Nicole Li, VP–Sales & Marketing, said, “EXCON 2025 is a big event in South Asia. We are here to give machines and solutions that really help the industry.”

Ebban Clause, VP–Sales & Marketing, added that the new CVA gives customers peace of mind with fast repairs and next-day parts availability.
