The Karnataka State Transport Undertakings placed an order for 1225 buses to Ashok Leyland. The company confirmed it on the 18th of January, Thursday. The estimated order amount is a whopping 522 crore rupees. The Ashok Leyland Buses are delivered by 24 th April.
These Ashok Leyland buses would be distributed among the three Karnataka State Transport bodies. These bodies are KKRTC, NWKRTC, and KSRTC. This is the order of the Karnataka states.
