Physical court challans are processed by our team and typically settle within 30 days - re-check the vehicle number here later, or WhatsApp / call us with your payment reference if you need a status update.

How do I track payment after I pay?

Keep the PayU transaction ID from the payment success screen or SMS/email from PayU. Use that reference when you contact us on WhatsApp or phone. You can also re-run Check challan on this page - paid items move to the Paid Challans tab once the source system reflects them.

What if I pay for the same challan twice?

Don't pay again if the first PayU payment already succeeded. If a duplicate charge happens (for example a network timeout), contact us with both transaction IDs via WhatsApp or phone - we will investigate with PayU and guide a refund where the second payment was successful and unused.

Why are no challans showing?
