Highway Infrastructure Limited received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Atal Indore City Transport Services Limited for the EPC contract. The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of external electrification systems at Dewas Naka Depot.

The project is part of the PM E-Bus Seva scheme, designed to promote electric public transport across Indian cities. It will also facilitate operations for electric trucks, mini trucks, pickups, and buses, improving overall efficiency.

The project is scheduled for completion within four months of contract signing. Highway Infrastructure Limited must provide 3% performance security and a 14% performance bank guarantee via Term Deposit Receipts.
