EXCON 2025: Tata Motors Displays Next-Gen Heavy-Duty Trucks & Construction Vehicles
Tata Motors showcased its latest heavy-duty trucks, tippers and green-power commercial vehicles at EXCON 2025 — signalling a new era of productivity, power and sustainability.
The new Prima 3540.K AutoShift, engineered for deep-mining tasks, packs an 8.5 L Cummins engine which delivers 375 hp and 1800 Nm torque, to handle rugged terrain and heavy-load Haulage.
Addressing sustainability, Tata unveiled the Prima E.28K — a battery-electric 28-tonne tipper meant for mineral movement, ports, and shallow mining, enabling zero-emission cargo transport.
Tata also introduced Signa 2820.TK, India’s first factory-fitted CNG tipper in the 28-tonne segment — offering lower running cost and greener operations for construction and transport.
The lineup also includes the 48-tonne Signa 4832.TK with a 32 m³ load body (5-axle) and the Prima 3532.TK with 26 m³ body — both built to haul heavy bulk materials efficiently.
Beyond vehicles, Tata displayed 15 kVA and 35 kVA gensets, BS-V compliant industrial engines, and heavy-duty axles — addressing uptime, reliability, and full-fleet support.
