Piaggio has just launched two new diesel cargo 3-wheelers, Ape Xtra Bada 700 and Ape Xtra 600 — aiming to shake up last-mile cargo mobility in India.
The Ape Xtra Bada 700 is built on a completely new chassis, cabin, suspension and a powerful 700 DI diesel engine, delivering superior torque and pulling power.
With a 7-foot long cargo deck and a best-in-segment payload of 750 kg, the Ape Xtra Bada 700 lets businesses carry heavier and bulkier loads in a single trip.
It comes with 12-inch radial tyres for better stability, a 3.5-inch digital instrument cluster for easy monitoring, and an optional rear-parking sensor to assist in reversing.
The Ape Xtra 600, powered by a new 600 DI diesel engine, targets intra-city and semi-urban deliveries, offering dependable performance and improved fuel efficiency.
The Ape Xtra 600 price starts at Rs. 2.88 lakh (ex-showroom, Maharashtra), an affordable option for startups and small fleet operators.
