October 2025 Commercial Vehicle Retail Report - Mahindra, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, and more.

In October 2025, Mahindra led the way by registering 37,188 units, a strong increase from 27,732 units in 2024. The brand has a consistent demand in the light commercial vehicle segment.

Tata Motors recorded retail sales of 34,838 units, up from 30,638 units in the same period last year. The company continues to perform well in the heavy- and medium-duty segments.

Ashok Leyland maintained steady growth, selling 16,557 units as against 15,904 units in October 2024, supported by stable fleet demand and product upgrades.

VE Commercial Vehicles (Eicher) also registered a marginal growth, with sales reaching 7,598 units, up from 7,158 units last year, reflecting consistent performance in the mid-range segment.

Maruti Suzuki Commercial continued its growth and sold 6,058 units as compared to 5,253 units last year. The brand's Super Carry and Tour models were the major contributors to this growth.

BharatBenz, on the other hand, experienced a marginal decline, selling 1,871 units as compared to 1,903 units in October 2024, indicating a relatively flat performance.

Meanwhile, SML Isuzu registered sales of 932 units in October 2025, down slightly from 1,000 units last year, maintaining a steady presence in its niche commercial vehicle segment.
